Linking menu/navigation

Creating hyper links in IBooks is a bit of a pain, to link to something it has to have a title, and this title shows up in the IBook which i do not want.
To link my pages I have had to create a textbox and fill it with text, I then have to turn the opacity down to 0% this way it is invisible.

I then tell this text to link to a specific widget on one of my desired pages.

I have the widget off the page so that it cannot be seen, this is what i link to.

The links take a second to work and do flash white but this is something you cant get around other than using the table of contents page.
