Setbacks

Due to having only one client definitely coming in on Monday there was a decision that we would skip this process and just email the relevant questions to the client, this is a pain because I believe that we could have got a lot more information from client by talking to them directly; now we have to wait for the answers and as pitch is this monday coming its going to be a bit of a rush to get this done if the clients take their time filling in the questions.
